Last night’s Blood Moon was honestly so beautiful 🌕❤️

There was this quiet stillness in the air that made everything slow down for a moment. I stepped outside with my crystals and let them rest under the moonlight while I just stood there taking it all in, breathing and allowing whatever needed to shift to gently move.

Eclipse moons always feel a little different to me. Not dramatic, just clarifying. Like a soft reset and a reminder that cycles close so new ones can begin.

Did you get to watch it too?
I’d love to know how it felt for you

It’s a beautiful time to charge your crystals under the Full Moon.

The energy is especially potent tonight and will softly carry through the 4th and 5th of March. If this evening slips by, your crystals can still benefit from the moon’s energy over the next couple of nights.

Place your pieces somewhere secure where the moonlight can reach them. If your crystals are water safe, you might like to set them in a glass bowl of water outdoors to gently absorb the lunar energy.

Pause for a breath and set a clear intention, releasing what feels heavy and inviting in what you are ready to receive.

If you are unsure which of your crystals can go in water, comment below, and I will guide you on what is best kept out of the water.

If you would like to learn more about the energies of this eclipse, visit our blog page on the website.

Let the moon do what it does best. ✨

The Full Moon in Virgo arrives with the deep, transformative energy of a Blood Moon eclipse. This is a moment to gently clear what feels heavy, return to your body, and simplify what no longer feels aligned.

Virgo brings us back to the small, meaningful rituals that support everyday wellbeing. Think quiet resets, thoughtful reflection, and practical steps that help you feel more grounded as new energy begins to emerge.

If you’ve been feeling the call to tidy your inner and outer world, this moon is your invitation to realign with care and intention.

Here at Crystals for WellBeing, each bracelet is handcrafted slowly and with care, using ethically sourced stones and working with a clear, grounded intention.

Each piece is prepared mindfully so it can become a gentle, wearable reminder of what you are calling into your life, whether that is calm, focus, softness, or quiet confidence. My hope is that these bracelets feel supportive and easy to wear day to day while still holding meaning for the person who chooses them.

At its heart, this work is about thoughtful craftsmanship and creating pieces that feel personal and considered.

If you were choosing one intention to carry with you right now, what would that be?

Carnelian carries such a warm, gently activating energy. When I work with this stone, I often feel it help awaken creative life force, confidence, and quiet inner courage. It is often known as a stone of vitality because it softly encourages movement and inspired action when energy has been feeling a little stuck or low.

Working with the Sacral and Solar Plexus Chakras, Carnelian supports emotional grounding, self-belief, and trust in your own power. I love reaching for it when I need to reconnect with passion, joy, or a sense of forward momentum. It can be a beautiful companion when self-doubt creeps in and you need a gentle reminder of your natural strength.

If you are calling in creativity, confidence, or the courage to step into a new chapter, this may be the stone your energy is drawn to right now.

Here is a gentle ritual you might like to try with Rose Quartz.

When you have a quiet moment, hold the stone softly in your hand and take three slow, steady breaths. Allow your shoulders to drop and your body to soften. Then set a simple intention: I am worthy of kindness.

Rose Quartz is often associated with emotional softness and self-compassion. When I prepare each crystal, I work with clear and loving purpose so the piece arrives ready to support the person it’s meant for. This intentional care helps deepen the calming quality many people experience when working with the stone.

You might like to return to this practice in the morning to set the tone for your day, or in the evening as part of your wind-down ritual. Keep it simple, stay present, and notice what gently shifts over time.

A small, consistent moment of care can go a long way in reminding your nervous system that you are supported and held.

When my days feel a little full or my nervous system is asking for softness, I find myself returning to three quiet supports: Clear Quartz, Amethyst, and Rose Quartz.

Clear Quartz is the one I reach for when my mind feels busy or overstimulated. Its energy feels clean and steady, like opening a window and letting fresh air in. I keep it on my desk or hold it during a few slow breaths when I need to come back to centre.

Amethyst is my evening companion. Soft, soothing, and beautifully calming. I love working with Amethyst in my wind-down rituals or placing it beside my bed as a gentle cue to unwind.

Rose Quartz is what I turn to when I’m needing emotional softness. Wearing it or resting it gently over my heart helps me reconnect with self-compassion and a more tender, supported state.

If you’ve been feeling energetically busy lately, choose the one you feel most drawn to and sit quietly with it for a few moments.

Chosen with intention, always.

I think of Red Jasper as one of those crystals that quietly holds you when things feel a bit heavy. It’s grounding, steady, and deeply connected to the Earth. The kind of crystal I reach for when I need to feel safe, supported, and back in my body.

Jasper is found right here in Aotearoa, New Zealand, and it carries such a calm, reassuring energy. I’m drawn to it when life feels demanding, when I’m tired, or when I need a little extra strength to keep going.

If you’ve been feeling unsteady or stretched thin lately, this might be the crystal gently calling your name this week ❤️
