After all the festive bubbles and Christmas drinks, this has been my go-to.
Refreshing, hydrating, and still feels like a treat, without the alcohol.
Not a detox. Not a reset. Just an easy, supportive swap that helps you feel a bit better post-Christmas.
Iced Tea:
• 2 Earl Grey tea bags
• 2 lemon and ginger tea bags
• ½ lemon, sliced
• ½ orange, sliced
• ¼ cucumber, sliced
• Fresh mint (lots)
How to make it:
Place the tea bags into a large mug and cover with boiling water.
Leave to infuse for a few minutes.
Remove the tea bags and pour the brewed tea into a 1.5L jug.
Add the sliced lemon, orange, cucumber and plenty of fresh mint.
Fill the jug with chilled water and ice.
Serve, and keep topping up with water for ongoing infusion.
