3am Wake ups?

Here's what I do.

Thankfully, I don't wake up during the night any more due to all of the work I have done on my Adrenals (more info here www.hormonehealthnutritionist.com/adrenaline-dominance-masterclass)

But for YEARS I woke up at 3am with my heart racing, needing to go to the bathroom and struggled hugely to get back to sleep.

What I do now on the odd occasion that I wake up at 3am 👇

✅️ I spray 3 - 5 sprays of Ritual Oral Magnesium on my tongue. (I also use this and the topical spray before bed)
✅ ️I take 2 - 3 drops of Full Spectrum Oil
✅️ And I use 1 pump of Onas Bioidentical Progesterone and rub it into my wrists.

This works to get me back to sleep immediately 99% of the time.
I might also take a Ltheanine Go Healthy Stress Formula tab if I am feeling particularly awake, and it always works!
