Peaches 'n' Cream Collagen Chia Pudding 🍑✨
Dr Sarah's recipe for a delicious treat that's as good for your skin as it is for your taste buds.
"One of my new breakfast recipes that contains 30g protein, over 10g fibre, and tastes amazing!"
Ingredients:
🍑 1 large peach, halved and pitted
🥄 2 Tbsp chia seeds
🥛 1/2 cup milk of choice
✨ 1 serve (10g) Vanilla Collagen Beauty Blend
🥣 100g Greek yoghurt
🌾 Sprinkling of granola (Dr Sarah uses Blue Frog Keto Granola, Ginger Nut Crunch)
Method:
Drizzle peach halves with balsamic glaze, then roast at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Once cooked, set out to cool, then slice or dice.
Blend milk, collagen powder, and chia seeds until combined.
Pour chia mixture into a bowl or jar and leave for at least 30 minutes (or overnight) to set.
Add roast peach to your set chia pudding and top with Greek yoghurt.
When ready to eat, add granola for crunch!
Meal prep tip: Times every ingredient by five and divide into separate containers for done-for-you breakfasts all week 💪
