This 2.5-hour workshop is an invitation to land back in your body, release what’s been weighing on you, and reconnect with the quiet steadiness within.

Across gentle restorative shapes, deep rest, breathwork, and guided reflection, you’ll be held in a space designed to nourish your nervous system and bring you back to centre.

✨ Deep Core Restore is now open ✨

This has been a passion project for me for a while now, this is the program I wish I had after pelvic floor surgery.

This is for the women who have been told to “just do more core”
…yet still feel disconnected, unsupported, or unsure if their body can be trusted.

Deep Core Restore is a 12-week, evidence-based online program designed to help women rebuild deep core strength, improve pelvic floor function, and reconnect with their bodies — safely and gradually.

No forcing.
No bracing.
No “push through it” culture.

Just intelligent movement, breath-led strength, nervous system support, and space to rebuild trust from the inside out.

Whether you’re postpartum (recent or many years on), in peri/menopause, or simply feel like your core isn’t responding the way it used to -this work meets you where you are.

This is your reminder that you don’t need to earn rest.

So many women are moving through life in a constant state of holding - holding tension, holding responsibility, holding themselves together and others around them together.

Regulation isn’t switching off.

It’s allowing the body to feel safe enough to soften.

This kind of slow, supportive movement helps the nervous system settle, the pelvis release, and the breath deepen - without effort or force.

Events were large and impactful, we had a global family of yoga teachers that shared their love, light and knowledge in their own magical ways.

My studio Urban Ashram was thriving and it felt like every student that walked through the doors, were coming home.

I met some amazing humans who many are still friends today. I will forever be grateful for this time.

Things change, people change, waves rise and fall and I’m here for it all 💛

We rise, we wobble, we laugh… and we keep showing up for each other. That’s the real practice. 🤍

Sustainable movement practices to enhance your life

Nikki Ralston is a natural teacher who has been working with the human body for over 20 years as a hands on therapist and yoga teacher. Her passion for yoga, movement and understanding of anatomy, shines through and is infectious to others. Nikki has devised her own ‘Ralston Method’ which provides quality teaching programs and life enhancing movement practices so that people can move better and enjoy their lives.

The Ralston Method makes asana, meditation, breath work and mindfulness safe, sustainable and accessible to all. Nikki has been at the forefront of popularising yoga in New Zealand working with everyone from high performance athletes and teams, stressed out executives, injury and trauma recovery, motivating every body to move with skill and precision. Committed to honouring the ancient practice of yoga while making it functional, and relevant for the modern lifestyle.

Nikki runs a yearly 250hour teacher training along with continued education programs to further the growth and development of teachers in NZ. She is also the owner of Urban Ashram with two studios in Auckland.
