No one’s trying to be the fittest.
No one’s judging what you’re doing.
Half the room didn’t want to get in the ice the first time either.

It’s a mix of:

Meet Mary - Mental health worker and mum, Mary has been coming to TWC twice a week for the past two and a half months, carving out one hour that’s just for her. No mum duties, no to-do lists… just time to switch off, breathe, sweat and reset. 💛

She told me this has become her little pocket of self-care each week, and honestly that’s exactly why The Wellness Club exists.

And before anyone asks… no, I didn’t pay her to say this 😂 She’s just a big fan - and for good reason. Better sleep, more relaxed, time for you!

Gosh I love these mornings! Cup is FULL 💛

A beautiful morning of movement, breathing, and connection with the most epic community.

We kicked things off with Abby from sharing some simple but powerful tips to help retrain our breathing and bring more awareness to how we move through our day.

Then we moved our bodies, laughed through the burn and soaked up the sunshine together on the courts 💛

On Monday we had the absolute pleasure of hosting a private contrast therapy session for the incredible team at 🔥❄️

There were definitely a few nerves at the start… but every single person showed up, leaned in, and absolutely nailed it. From epic sauna chats to plenty of laughs (and a few brave ice bath moments), the vibe was unreal. These guys were so much fun to host.

Contrast therapy is such a powerful way to bring teams together - stepping out of comfort zones, supporting each other through the cold, and finishing with that unbeatable post session buzz.

Ash is officially stepping into the role of Contrast Captain (yes, that’s what we’re calling it) and will be taking over Wednesday evenings to begin with.

Which means…
Wednesday is officially on the timetable from tomorrow - 6:30pm & 7:30pm.

He’s passionate about health, growth, and helping people feel their absolute best.
But most importantly? He genuinely cares about you.
