Tonight Riley, my 16 year old dog became unsettled. A new environment with new sounds meant he was pacing, panting and not his usual self.

To help him relax he had a dose of calming and I added a dose to his water bowl. Within 10 minutes he had settled and was asleep at my feet, not sedated, just relaxed.

Having an older dog who sometimes feels a bit anxious means I always keep a bottle of Calming in a drawer to give him when he needs it.

Getting consistent sleep is vital to our health and wellbeing. While sleeping we grow, heal and rest both physically and mentally.

With the pressures of modern living, poor sleep habits and stress, it can be a struggle to relax and fall asleep at night.

Lack of sleep impacts our ability to focus, may cause mood swings, and can result in reduced immunity, digestive upset and more.
