I swear I did not open a Holistic Hub so that I could just have treatments all the time :) I've been to Corrin again for Lymphatic Massage.

I swear I felt thinner before I even got off the table - not that it's about feeling thinner - but the "getting things moving" is definitely feeling like it's moved on the stagnant stuff that makes us feel all bloaty and stagnant.

I'm managing the rest of my day with ease and flow. Whilst doing a bit of lymphatic slapping to keep it all moving!

Here she is again with the lymphatic slap! Something we all have to do regularly and I'm off to do another one now!
