We are not immune to life’s challenges.
It’s only March and already this year we’ve faced some of the most intense challenges I could ever imagine in life.
There’s so much outside of our control in life and that includes everything from business, relationships, work and everything in between.
Sometimes the weight feels immense, and that it’s yours to carry alone.
Simply knowing you can’t control everything in life isn’t much help either.
You can do all the breathwork, saunas, meditation, floats and beach walks, but it’s still doesn’t change the reality of a situation. But it’s not supposed to..
What they do help is offload some of the pressure on your body and mind, they help lighten the physiological load.
That’s your nervous system.
I’m not perfect, and even having all the tools at my fingertips, life still gets on top of me. It’s certainly a balancing act.
There is 1001 things at any given time that need to happen that I have no control over. But the best I can do is control my body’s response to each situation.
Do I always get it right? Absolutely not.
But for me, focused, slow, deep breathing helps in the moments of intense stress and pressure.
Sauna & cold plunge helps reset the daily load on my nervous system.
A walk on the beach helps clear my head.
Not everyone needs these tools, some people have less stress or pressure than others and that’s ok.
But for those that do, we are building something just for you.
And whatever you’re going through or carrying, this is your reminder that you’re not alone, and that you’ve got this.
