Reefton yoga

Hi all you lovely people,
Mayan here, I have moved to Reefton recently and though I have never thought yoga before it has been a major part of my life for a very long time. I have also completed a yoga teachers training course in Germany and therefor welcome the opportunity to start teaching here while Sonia is away. My style will be adjusted to the class and everyone is welcome, there is no prior knowledge or fitness level necessary, only a desire to delve deep into into the recesses of your body and mind and be open to try something new with me! Please feel free to ask if you have any questions.
I will offer a class at 5-6pm next Monday 1st December at the dojo hall. Price 15$
Please bring a mat and blanket if you have one, but mats will also be available.

A big thank you Reefton Community for your on-going support! This week has been my busiest week ever with over 50 clients booked In! And now it’s time to put my very swollen feet up! 😅

Business is now temporarily closed and I’ll keep you all posted on baby news and when I’m able to start things up again! 😊
