When NHS England send you a message and want to do a collaboration with you about your hand transplant all the TV shows & GMB & news papers you know you’re doing a great job raising awareness!!

I’d like to take this opportunity as an Ambassador for Sepsis Research FEAT to thank them for all their support during my recovery and sharing about my hand transplant they’ve been amazing.
It’s great awareness of Sepsis but also Organ & Limb donation, if you haven’t told your family your wishes about organ donation then do it today, tomorrow might be too late.
It’s nice to know that one Sepsis charity supports all my hard work and look after my wellbeing they’re the only UK Sepsis charity putting money into research!
Thank you Sepsis Research FEAT

🎄 FEELING THE YEAR-END RUSH? 😴

The lead-up to Christmas can feel full on, and it’s easy to get swept up in the busy days and long to-do lists.

If things are starting to feel a bit heavy, take a moment to rest or ask for support. Sometimes, a short pause is all you need, and things feel easier when you don’t carry them alone.

Be kind to yourself as we head into the holiday season. ✨

Not everyone feels sweet during the holidays.

For some, it’s a season of stress, overwhelm, or quiet struggle. Before you assume someone’s doing fine, check in. You might want to say: “What do your next few weeks look like?". Keeping your questions open ended, can remove the expectation on them to be excited, and instead give them the chance to share how they're really feeling.
