I just want to say a massive thank you to all the clients who have been with me from the very beginning, as well as the beautiful people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting this year. I’m incredibly grateful for your continued support.

I hope you’re having the most wonderful weekend.

Yesterday we headed up to one of our favourite family spots in the gorgeous Bay of Islands. We spent the day swimming in the ocean, catching fish, and watching dolphins play for hours while we ate dinner, played cards, and watched the sunset.

The perfect reset slow moments, fresh air, and time with the people you love. As we head into a busy time of year, it feels even more important to pause, slow down, and soak up those special moments that bring you back to yourself.

I also have just one space left this Tuesday at 10:45am, my final spot for 2025 if you’d like to book in.

As I set up for today’s treatments, I’m reminded how beautifully the feet and ears work together in reflexology. Both areas hold “maps” of the body, and when we stimulate them, we send calming signals through the nervous system to help the body relax and rebalance.

Combined, they create a deeper, longer-lasting sense of relaxation and help the body respond more quickly to treatment.

Only a few weeks left before I wrap up for the year, hard to believe how quickly it’s flying by! I still have limited appointments available, but they’re filling fast, so if you’d like to book in, please get in early.

I will be closed from the 19th December and reopening on January 5th with extended hours for the first week. After that, to help balance work and family during the school holidays, I’ll be reducing my days. Thank you so much for your understanding! If you’re needing a treatment and can’t find a suitable time online, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Since I have some new faces here, I figured it was the perfect time to reintroduce myself! Hi, I’m Nadine - the owner and operator of Driftwood Wellness.

I’m a qualified Massage Therapist and Reflexologist, and a proud Northland girl with family roots in the beautiful Bay of Islands. We relocated to One Tree Point over 10 years ago and have never looked back. We absolutely love it here, and I feel so grateful to be able to treat clients with the therapies I’m truly passionate about.

Before becoming a wellness practitioner, I spent many years working in tourism and travel, and even dabbled in farming and real estate. While those experiences were rewarding in their own ways, my heart always knew that wellness was where I was meant to be.

I have a deep love for the outdoors, travel, adventure, and Pilates. And when I’m not in my therapy space, I’m a busy mum to three beautiful children who keep life full and vibrant.
