Holiday energy doesn’t come from being “perfect⚡️
It comes from small, supportive choices that add up.
A few easy tweaks we lean on this time of year:
• Start the day with a little protein
• Pair carbs with protein or fats to avoid crashes
• Eat regularly, don’t save it all for later
• Water before coffee
• Add one nutrient-dense food each day - nuts, berries, leafy greens or add a grees powder
• Choose gentle energy support, not quick fixes
