Like the sky - it’s always there,

What’s special about an Access Bars class?

It’s the people who come along.
The questions they ask.
The shifts that happen in a single conversation.
The sense of hope, lightness, and joy that lingers long after the session ends.

On Sunday 17 May, I’m hosting a class where we create space to slow down, connect, and receive. The Bars are a gentle, hands-on practice that can quiet your mind, release stress, and help you feel more clarity, ease, and flow.

I’ve been running these classes for a couple of years now, and every one is unique. The energy in the room, the discussions that unfold, and the changes that arise are always shaped by the people who attend.

Whether you’re looking for relief from everyday stress, more ease during life changes, or simply a moment to reset, this is a day to give yourself permission to pause, receive, and nurture your body and mind.

Shift Your Focus, Expand Your Awareness

I noticed recently that I had been focusing on what I did not want to do and the obstacles in my way, instead of noticing what I could do and the possibilities in front of me.

When I really looked at the things I thought were holding me back, I realised that many of them were not real. They were stories my mind had created.

The moment I became aware of them, I found space to shift my thinking. It was not that the obstacles became easier, it was that I was now able to see them differently, make choices, and take action in ways I had not before.

Sometimes all it takes is changing your focus.

How do you acknowledge what you receive?

You are always receiving, ideas, energy, feedback, opportunities, even challenges.

Do you notice it? How it lands? How it makes you feel?

Becoming aware of how you receive information, how you react or don't react, gives you clarity about what is happening for you and how to move forward.

It creates choice.

The more you receive and explore, the more you shape the life you would like to have.

Curiosity and fun are a wonderful way to begin exploring the universe of you.

I recently read the wrong date for an appointment and arrived a few days early.

A simple mistake.

But it showed me something about how I’ve been moving in my business.

The awareness from that moment has shifted the direction I’m now willing to take.

Had everything gone to plan, I may not have seen it.

Not every wrong move sets you back.
Some bring clarity.

Keep choosing.
Stay curious.
