On Sunday 17 May, I’m hosting a class where we create space to slow down, connect, and receive. The Bars are a gentle, hands-on practice that can quiet your mind, release stress, and help you feel more clarity, ease, and flow.
I’ve been running these classes for a couple of years now, and every one is unique. The energy in the room, the discussions that unfold, and the changes that arise are always shaped by the people who attend.
