Since having my 2nd baby I and starting the journey of homeschooling my eldest, I have found life overwhelming, exhausting, overloaded, and quite honestly difficult. On top of that, I embarked on a new journey at the beginning of this year, exploring deeper healing work, sexual alchemy, and ta**ra. I signed up for a course with .yonirituals, and everything just got too much.
I honestly feel like I crawled inside myself to hide from the world. I had serve PTSD from my teenage childhood rear up and my husband arranged councilling for me it's been helpful in so many ways 7 months after my course was done and dusted I decide I have to stop procrastinating and get into it. I have been doing it for 4 weeks now and in the that short time I have learnt so much more about myself then in the last 10 years..I have healed lots and made some positive progress in my life.
Being stuck in a rut is hard to pull yourself out off and trying to change too much at a time will just burn you out, and you will fall off the wagon and go back to self-loathing. Trust me.
The best way is to start with 3 small easy things you can do. It can be as easy as this above self-love affirmations, daily accomplishments, and even all it is to start with is I got out of bed before 10 am, or I brushed my hair today. And gratitude.
Along the way you may add to these, your 3 loving affirmations may be followed by face care routine, you may sit somewhere you can soak up the sun and take a few deep breathes to also soak up your day and enjoy a herbal tea while you write about your accomplishments. You may sip on a hot ceremonial cacao or listen to healing music while you write what you're grateful for today.
Just doing these 3 things can boost your self-esteem and confidence. It can help build up your energy and bring more abundance into your life, and it will actually making you glow, your friends and family will notice. With this, you will attract more positivity into your life from the outside world
Create space for "YOU" daily whether its 10mins or 1 hour.
You will be amazed how things start to change how you start new positive habits and patterns and drop old negative ones.
