Thank you so much for showing the interest to this baby massage course.
I do really appreciate so many mums in Taupo are so enthusiastic and passionate :) This is so amazing !!!
In such a short time, only 7 hours after adverting this course, it is already full, then I can't take any more clients, but if you are still interested in doing this, I will take your message for waiting lists in case we get more spaces for some reasons.
I will periodically hold this course but that would possibly next year and it won't be a free one.
If you are interested in the future course, let me know too

Hello everyone :)
I am planning to hold a course for mothers with babies under 12 months - ideally 3 to 9 months - that is before they start walking. The course will teach mothers infant massage techniques.
This first run through of the 5 weeks course will be offered FREE, except for a materials fee of $10 which includes oil. This is a one-time opportunity that you wonโt want to miss.
I have completed an amazing Infant Massage Instructorโs course given by IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage) through a wonderful teacher, Jo. This course is well designed to help you, your baby, and of course dad, in many ways. The US founder, Vimala, learned the technique while she was in India, in an effort to help her first-born son who suffered from colic. She felt sure that the baby massage she developed caused a significant improvement in his wellbeing.
I would like to introduce these now well-established massage techniques over the 5 week course, to help you develop not only a great relationship with your baby, but to promote babyโs mental and physical development. This will be a lifetime investment so that both you and baby can look forward to happier, easier, quality time together.
There are so many benefits from baby massage.
Some of them are:
1. You will develop a stronger bond with your baby for the long term.
2. There may be benefits to babyโs immune system, and beneficial neuronal connections will be made.
3. Touch and gentle stroking is known to promote the release of hormones like oxytocin and dopamine, and to reduce the production of stress hormones like cortisol.
4. Massage reduces muscle tension.
5. Relaxation through massage can reduce physical discomfort from colic, constipation , pain and so forth.
The time and the place is as follows:
Place : Taupo Community Playgroup
56 Rickit St, Taupo
Time and Days:
Mondays -2pm (for 60min to max 90min)

โข If you miss one of the days for a good reason I can do a short follow up, but ideally you should attend all sessions because you will build up your knowledge and expertise amazingly week by week, and your baby will also benefit from progressing through this course with you.
