Happy Friday!! 🎉
What a fantastic day it was, which we filled with an early morning Pilates class, a LOT of learning and exploring fluid and energy, an Aikido class to finish off the day which ended hilarious bouts of laughter 🤣 (Aikido is not normally hilarious, but we were THAT good, it deserved a laugh) followed by a colourful feast for dinner 🤤
