Hi, I’m Jules. For over twenty years, I’ve been exploring what it actually means to feel steady, present, and deeply at home in your own skin. In 2003, something shifted in me in a profound way. It completely reshaped how I understood stress, identity, joy, and what it really means to be free. Since then, my work has been devoted to helping others experience that same grounded sense of calm and connection in their own lives. This isn’t about lofty ideas and new beliefs, or trying to escape the world. It's about the practical, beautiful work of nervous system regulation and learning how to feel safe in your own body. It's about learning how to soften when life feels tight. Through embodied movement, presence-based practices, and meditation for stress and grief (specialising in healing after pet loss), I guide people back to a steadier way of being. This is a path that feels natural, human, and most importantly, sustainable. Whether you're navigating burnout, looking for anxiety support, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you are so welcome here. I am based in the beautiful Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, and I support a heart-centered community of people both online and worldwide. You can find our All About Your Joy app on the app stores. If you are searching or simply ready to feel more like yourself again, let’s move gently back to calm. 🌿

Hey, beautiful one. Hold on for just one second!

Take a moment to really feel the ground under your feet, even if it’s just that office carpet.
Can you feel that warm sunlight coming through the window?
Or maybe that nice, cool breeze that hits you when you step outside?

Truly, being right here, right now, is more than enough.

You don’t have to push, fix, or strive in this moment.
Just breathe.
Just be.

- There’s a certain calmness in being still.
- You’ve got this strength just by being present.
- You get to see what's really going on around you, who's being genuine and all those agendas that are hiding in the shadows.
- And let’s be real, there’s pure joy in just being here and real power in seeing what's true in this life.

So, let this little pause wrap around you.
Let it ease that heavy stuff you’ve been carrying.
Remember, the love you’re searching for? It’s already inside you.

You’re right here, always.
And that, my amazing friend, is more than enough. 🌺

You don’t need to ‘cut cords’ like some kind of spiritual lumberjack. Just pay attention to loosening your grip on what you’ve been holding onto tightly, and let it ease up on its own. The unity you’re looking for was never lost; it’s just waiting for you to stop overthinking everything. - Jules Bodger

The world is a lot right now. If you feel heavy, stuck, or overwhelmed by the turmoil of life, you have every right to, but you don't have to carry it in your body.

When we experience stress or spend our week sitting at a desk, that energy gets "blocked" in our system. If we don’t move it, it stays there. This practice is a bridge from the stillness of your being to the wisdom of the body. We begin in total stillness to find our center, then transition into a somatic moving meditation to flush out the week and regulate the nervous system.

This practice is for you if:

* You feel "stagnant" after a long work week at a desk.

* The news or global events have left you feeling anxious or heavy.

* You need to "loosen up" and reclaim your energy for the weekend.

* You want to learn how to move energy out of your system instead of letting it build up.

What we’ll explore together:

Finding the Center: Starting in stillness to acknowledge where you are.

The Thaw: Gentle movement to unlock the physical body.

Somatic Flow: A rhythmic moving meditation to release "stored" stress.

The Weekend Reset: Grounding your energy so you can start your time off feeling light.

Move the energy and clear the system. Then, you can reclaim your peace.

Enjoy!

They don’t overthink the moment. 🐾

They don’t replay yesterday’s mistakes. They just show up and love without limits.

They just… love. Fully. Right now.

And when something feels off? They don’t carry it all day. They shake it off and come back to calm. ☀️

What if it could be that simple for you, too? Maybe they’ve been showing us the way all along.

It’s time to . Are you ready to see the world through their eyes?

Spend a few minutes watching your dog today. You might notice something you’ve forgotten.
