Hi, Iâm Jules. For over twenty years, Iâve been exploring what it actually means to feel steady, present, and deeply at home in your own skin. In 2003, something shifted in me in a profound way. It completely reshaped how I understood stress, identity, joy, and what it really means to be free. Since then, my work has been devoted to helping others experience that same grounded sense of calm and connection in their own lives. This isnât about lofty ideas and new beliefs, or trying to escape the world. It's about the practical, beautiful work of nervous system regulation and learning how to feel safe in your own body. It's about learning how to soften when life feels tight. Through embodied movement, presence-based practices, and meditation for stress and grief (specialising in healing after pet loss), I guide people back to a steadier way of being.
