Sometimes we approach new experiences still carrying the weight of old emotions…fear, disappointment or hurt from what has happened before. But those old feelings don’t belong in the present moment!
Give yourself permission to start fresh. Not everything that looks familiar will end the same way.
Before you step into something new, pause and ask yourself “Am I reacting to what’s in front of me, or to something that’s already passed?”
That awareness is where healing begins.
