As our Fire & Ice community has grown, we’ve evolved the way our monthly pass works to support sustainable wellbeing and fair access for everyone.

Our Rolling 4-Week Pass now includes up to 4 sessions per week, aligning with widely recommended sauna use. And we’ve opened more session days to make booking easier!

Single sessions and flexible 10-session passes are also available.

For so many people the body is constantly “on”.
Even when we stop, our body doesn’t fully relax.

Float therapy isn’t about fixing or pushing.
It’s about giving the nervous system permission to soften.
