I literally use homeopathy for EVERYTHING!!!

So much so that my kids often come home from a friend’s house and say X needs a remedy for *this symptom*. 😁

I grew up with homeopathy, so understanding the world through a homeopathy lens is so natural to me, and I love that it’s natural for my kids too.

So, that niggly *thing* you’ve got going on, the one you’ve been wondering “would homeopathy help with this?” Send me a DM and ask me! I LOVE what I do and love helping people with their “things” so we can all go about living our best lives.

It feels so silly to say this now!! But, when I was 22-ish, and battling with terrible depression, I didn’t know I had depression, I just knew something ‘wasn’t right’. And I remember sitting in a bar with a lovely friend of mine in the little city of Weert in The Netherlands, telling her what was going on for me, and she suggested I go and see her homeopath. My response was ‘but I don’t actually know what’s wrong??! ‘ to which she replied ‘Trudy, I think that’s EXACTLY when you go to a homeopath.’ 😂😂😂

Fast forward more than 20 years, and when people ask me ‘what is homeopathy good for?’ And my instant response is ‘it’s good for all the times you know something’s not quite right, and you want to change it, and you don’t know how’.

That’s what I’m here for - for when you need support to step into a new ‘something’. A pain free body, a new identity, a new relationship, or leave an old one, a different career, a new job. Whatever it is, I support you to rock it.

Homeopathy has done all these things for me, and this is what I facilitate for the clients I help.

When I was suffering a crippling depression as a 24 year old, homeopathy brought me out of it.

When I was grappling with my career choices, my purpose, what I wanted my life to mean, homeopathy helped.

When my kiddos have big transitions they’re facing, we use homeopathy to smooth that journey.

When I was challenged by the shift into motherhood, homeopathy helped.

When I stepped into life as a le***an at the age of 42, homeopathy helped.

When I grieved a marriage and made my way in the world as a solo mum, homeopathy helped.

I can’t share my clients’ stories (and there are many!) but I can share mine.
