This is my happy place - a quiet local track in the bush, sunlight streaming in, space to breathe.
As a really compassionate person, overwhelm used to get the better of me. I felt everything - deeply - and didn't always know how to recharge.
Over time I've learned that caring for others starts with caring for myself.
Nature is one of my greatest supports. Walking, reflecting, grounding and reconnecting with what really matters.
As we look ahead to a new year, I'm using moments like this to look ahead, reset, and set intentions that feel nourishing not overwhelming.
