✨ Bowen & Sound Healing Session ✨
One of Yesterday’s sessions began with the soft resonance of a natural-skinned drum played gently over the body — a beautiful way to open energy pathways and bring awareness to areas holding tension. Two clear blockages revealed themselves — one around the heart, the other at the base of the hips — both calling for release and balance.

We then worked with a tuning fork and foot joint mobilisation, helping the 26 bones in the feet to gently realign and reset. When the feet find their true foundation, the body naturally follows, allowing subtle realignments to ripple upward through the spine and beyond.

The Bowen session itself lasted around 40 minutes, working both the back and front of the body. Gentle Bowen moves encouraged the body to release old holding patterns and soften into ease, inviting calm to flow through the whole system.

To close, we added a short naturopathic check-in — a few personalized exercises to help the body integrate its realignment, and simple dietary tips to support glowing skin, gut health, and lymphatic flow. 💚

Bowen truly reminds us how little it takes for the body to find its balance again — a small shift can create big change.
