Happy Mabon to you all!

This is the time of the autumnal equinox. When light and dark are equal in our sky again but with the nights starting to get longer until the winter solstice or the longest night.

Mabon is a time to reflect on the lessons we've learned over the year, the growth we've achieved and the blessings we have to be grateful for.

Camellia medicine is powerful! Such a common tree with stunning flowers but the wairua and healing it provides is incredible.

I saw a post recently about witches talking to the trees. So today when I was in my head about stuff and feeling self-loathing I decided I'd give it a go. I went searching for a tree and immediately felt pulled to Camellia. So I sat down and told her all about my feelings and worries and just enjoyed her presence.

Talking out loud what is in your head is healing in itself as it releases pent up energy. But doing so with a tree, especially Camellia, is extra special. She gave me some encouraging messages and filled me with positive energy, self-love and peace. She showed me her reaching out and embracing me and I felt her love to the depths of my soul.

When I researched her spiritual meaning, it talks about how she speaks to your heart in love and expresses positive feelings. Which is exactly what I experienced. Gotta love when your intuition is confirmed.

Yellow Kiwi Creations has been revamped!

For now I will be focusing on doing tarot/oracle readings. The products I'll be creating will be made available eventually.

I've also changed how I'll be doing readings. From now on, with the exception of the Year Ahead reading, all readings will be by video call now and will be scheduled for a specific time and day of your choice.
