Morning Musing:

β€œKindness is a language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.” Mark Twain.

I’ve been actively on the lookout for opportunities to be kind. In doing this, I’ve came to the realisation that we’re automatically kind and do many, many kind things for others throughout our day. In intentionally noting my own kind deeds, the kindnesses of others become very apparent. Recognising these little and not so little moments, opens us up for opportunities to easily engage in other acts of kindness.

In really paying attention to all these kind deeds, it seems like there is kindness everywhere I look. I’m surrounded by kind people doing kind things for each other.

Notice your kindnesses and celebrate what a kind and wonderful person you are.
