fHearing healthcare isn't a one-size-fits-all box. That's why you deserve an audiologist who's passionate about finding a solution that genuinely benefits your quality of life.

Regan has Meniere’s Disease, which means his hearing can fluctuate. Some days were good while others were much harder. He was hesitant to upgrade his previous devices, but he wanted to hear better at work, keep up with conversations at home, and stop feeling isolated in social settings.

Regan has now been an Unlimited subscriber at Resonate Botany for just over one year, but he noticed an immediate difference in how much effort it took to stay connected to the people around him. He says he can hear clearly in meetings with up to 20 people and enjoys spending time with his family without struggling to follow the conversation.

We're celebrating Resonate Health's 3rd birthday 🎂🎉

In 2022, we opened the doors to our very first studio in Silverdale, Auckland, with a small team and a big vision to do things differently.

Our nerves were at an all-time high!

None of us could have imagined how quickly we’d grow, or how much New Zealanders would love our approach to making hearing healthcare more accessible, transparent and human 🧡

We opened six studios in our first year and eighteen more by the end of year two. This year, we’ve added six more locations to the Resonate Health map, and our 31st studio, Resonate Health Lower Hutt, is set to open its doors in early 2026!

We've grown from a small team to a big group of over 70, attended more than 500 local events across the country, and met people from all walks of life.

We are so grateful to every town, from the Bay of Islands to Invercargill, that has welcomed us with open arms.

To our partners, our Dream Team, and especially our customers, thank you for making this possible. Connecting with you, learning about your lives and being part of your story has been the most rewarding part of ours.

Meet Nigel, one of our Unlimited subscribers! Here's his story👇

Born with hearing loss, Nigel wore hearing aids as a child. But as he grew older, he fell out of the hospital system and had to navigate his hearing healthcare privately.

Nigel visited our Chartwell audiologist, Kent, and shared how our $90 monthly subscription model made hearing healthcare accessible for him. Stories like Nigel’s inspire us every day and remind us why we’re so passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives.

Can fireworks damage your hearing? 🎆👂

It’s that time of year again! Fireworks have gone on sale, and they're lighting up the skies around Aotearoa! But while you enjoy the show, it’s important not to forget about your ears.

Fireworks can reach 120–150 decibels, which is louder than a music festival, a gunshot and a jet engine! The louder the sound, the shorter the time it takes before hearing loss could occur. At this volume, even a short exposure can cause temporary or permanent Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) and tinnitus.

Protect your hearing this week by:
🎧 Wearing hearing protection, such as earmuffs or earplugs
🎇 Watching from a safe distance
👂 Giving your ears a rest when possible

Richard has lived with hearing loss since birth, which was caused by rubella. After years of using traditional body-worn hearing aids, he recently switched to the latest top-of-the-range technology and now wears Resound devices and the Multi Mic system.
