Welcome to True North Wellbeing Hub, where you can cultivate holistic wellness through group Yoga and Pilates classes, private Infrared Sauna sessions, or soothing massages. True North Yoga caters for all fitness levels, beginners are most welcome, in a fun and friendly workout environment. Beach Yoga is on during the Summer months. 🌿 New Therapeutic Massage Services 🌿

Hi everyone,

After years of working as a physiotherapist in the Far North, I’m excited to finally offer a service that brings together my experience and my love for helping people feel their best.

I’ll be providing therapeutic massage from True North Yoga Studio. At this stage, this is a massage-only service (not physiotherapy), so it’s not covered by ACC.

For those who don’t know me, I’m a qualified physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience. I'm a local to the far North, and I’ve treated people from all walks of life, from athletes to older adults and those with medical conditions. My knowledge of anatomy, physiology and tissue healing gives me a strong foundation to provide safe, effective, and tailored massage therapy.

Yesterday, I celebrated another trip around the sun, filled with gratitude for the big and small things that make life beautiful. Looking up at last night’s breathtaking supermoon, I was reminded of the magic in everyday moments and the importance of simply being present. True North Yoga Northland offers 60-90 minute Iyengar Yoga and HIIT Fitness classes (High Intensity Interval Training) and occasionally some Dance Fitness. All fitness levels are catered for, beginners are most welcome, in a fun and friendly workout environment. Classes are currently held at Ahipara Fire Station and Rangiputa Fire Station. Bring Water and a Yoga mat if you have one or towel. See you there!
