Richmond Road Pharmacy will move into level 3 today and restrict entry into the store.

We will continue to meet your medication needs and we urge our community to avoid panic buying.

Hello to our lovely community in West Lynn -

As you will have noticed, the pharmacy is looking a little different at the moment. We’re facing something we’ve never faced before and we need your help to get through these testing times.

Rest assured, we will be open no matter what!

Our hours are 9-6pm

As we go into alert level 4, please

- Only come to the pharmacy for ESSENTIAL SERVICES.

We will be open and operating but you will not be able to enter the pharmacy and we have to prioritise those who need our attention for essential services.

- Please call ahead if you are unwell or have symptoms of possible covid and we will arrange extra protection while meeting your medication needs.

- Please do not request prescriptions that you don’t need. We are managing stock nationwide to ensure nothing runs out, but this relies on everyone using medicines at the same rate they normally do.

Please do not stockpile your medication.

- We value your support and appreciate you choosing to support your local community pharmacy.

Know that we are here for you, we know you and care for you, and are committed to getting our community through this together.
