Join me for the upcoming 8-week Pilates series. We will be doing a mixture of matwork exercises and using the Pilates ring during this series. If you’re a beginner or have extensive Pilates experience this series is for you.
I am a Physiotherapist with over 7years of clinical matwork experience, I can adapt any of the Pilates exercises as needed especially if you have any injuries or chronic conditions.
