🌿 Changes to How We Manage Accounts 🌿

Kia ora Wairoa whānau,

We’ve been having a good think about how to keep our pharmacy sustainable so we can keep caring for you for years to come. With rising costs and some long-overdue accounts, we need to make a few changes.

From 15 August 2024:
✅ Corporate accounts will stay.
✅ Blister pack patients who receive prescription deliveries can keep their accounts.
🚫 No new purchases will be added to personal debtor accounts.
💳 All outstanding balances need to be cleared by 30 October 2025.
💸 WINZ cash withdrawals will be phased out by 30 October 2025.

We’re here to help:
• We can set up an automatic payment so you can chip away at your balance.
• If you get help from WINZ, we can guide you on how to arrange direct payments for prescriptions.

We know change can be tricky, but this will help us keep the doors open, medicines on the shelves, and care in our community.
