I like to tailor meals to suit me. This is a common topic I discuss with women.
Tuesday nights dinner, nacho mince made into this nourishing bowl as this appeals to me far more than nachos.
Others had nachos and were happy with those, I threw this together, which probably took 5 minutes. I do similar with spaghetti bolognese because I prioritise my carbs for example I far prefer Alpinos pizza so will leave the carbs out at home so when I go out I eat whatever I fancy.
This is such a simple way to help achieve my vitality goals whilst never missing out on anything. If you are the one who makes the meals, make sure you meet your own needs.
