We are approaching a period of time when relationships are ready to go through a major redesign. The current paradigm isn't working. People are unsatisfied in love; people don't know how to make relationships work.

And, believe it or not, this isn't a bad thing. Because when systems break-down, that's when they change. I believe that's what's happening in the area of intimate partnership.

The break-down is forcing us to move towards conscious love.
So what exactly is a conscious relationship?

It's a romantic relationship in which both partners feel committed to a sense of purpose, and that purpose is growth. Individual growth. Collective growth as a couple. Growth that makes the world a better place.

As of now, most people get into relationships to satisfy their own personal needs. This might work for a few years, but eventually the relationship fails us, and we end up unsatisfied as a result.

But when two people come together with the intention of growth, the relationship strives towards something much greater than gratification.

The partnership becomes a journey of evolution, and the two individuals have an opportunity to expand more than they could alone. Deep satisfaction and long-term fulfillment arise as a result.

The conscious couple values growth more than anything else because they know this is the secret to keeping the relationship alive.

Even though growth is scary (because it takes us into the unknown), the couple is willing to strive towards expansion, even at the risk of out-growing the relationship. Because of this, the relationship maintains a natural feeling of aliveness, and love between the couple does, too.

2. Each person in the relationship is committed to owning their s**t.
Conscious couples know that we all have wounds from the past, and they understand that these wounds will inevitably be triggered, especially in a relationship.

In other words, they expect to feel abandoned, trapped, rejected, overlooked and any other sh*tty feeling that arises when we bond closely with another person.

Most of us still believe that relationships should only feel good, and when bad feelings surface, something has gone terribly wrong.

What we fail to see in this situation is that these sh*tty feelings stem from our own faulty patterning! These issues are not caused by our partners; they're caused by our beliefs.

The conscious couple is willing to look at their past and current issues in relationships because they know that by facing these beliefs systems, they can evolve into a new relationship-reality. Dysfunctional patterns will dissolve, but only when we take responsibility for them, first.

3. All feelings are welcome and no internal process is condemned.

In a conscious relationship, there's room to feel anything. Not only that, there's room to express those feelings and fantasies to your partner. This is edgy territory; it's not easy to do. But it's also one of the most healing things we can experience in a partnership.

It's rare to be completely honest about who you are, and to stretch yourself to let your partner do the same. You may not like what you hear; in fact, it may trigger the hell out of you. But you're willing to be triggered if it means your partner can be authentic.

We're used to moulding and changing ourselves to please people we love because we don't want them to stop loving us! This stifles the love out of our connections.

The only option is radical honesty: revealing parts of ourselves that are hard to share, and letting our partners do the same. This leads to feelings known, seen and truly understood; a combination that will automatically enhance your love.

4. The relationship is a place to practice love.

Love, ultimately, is a practice.
A practice of acceptance, being present, forgiveness, and stretching your heart into vulnerable territories.
Sometimes we treat love like it's a destination.

We want that peak feeling all the time, and when it's not there, we're not satisfied with what the relationship has become. In my mind, this is missing the whole point of love.

Love is a journey and an exploration. It's showing up for all varied nuances of your relationship and asking yourself, what would love do here?

The answer will be different every time, and because of this, you'll get to grow in ways you never have before!

Friendly warning 🧡🧡

This post is for those a little down the track..🧡🧡

Forgiveness of others is something you may not want to do. There could be a million reasons why you don’t want to and all of them would be extremely understandable.

When you think of these people their actions or words may once again become as real to you as if they were just being said.

Every time you think of them your heart becomes heavy with rage or sadness.

The truth is quite often around a passing people do and say stupid things in an effort to help justify the pain they are feeling.

They lash out as if they are stuck in a corner and for some reason the only way to combat the pain they feel is to cause more pain.

They may feel they have their reasons as strongly as you feel their actions are unjustified.

In the storm of grief it is often hard to see the woods for the trees and the only person you can see or hear is your own tormented soul.

If you feel this way there is a chance they do too.

If they are in fact responsible for the demise of your loved one you need to figure out one thing, did they mean it?

Did they set out that day to hurt you and your family in such a way?

If you answer yes for this then you will have to find a way to stop letting them cloud your thoughts.

You will have to try and not give them anymore of you life than they already have.

If someone purposefully took the life of your loved one you may never forgive him or her but you don’t have to give him or her anymore of your life or time.

Once the court cases are over then you may need to try and stop thinking about them.

It will be hard but if each day you give them a little bit less thought time so eventually you do not think of them at all.

Write their name on a piece of paper put it in the freezer or burn it and bury it but do not let them claim anymore of your life then they already have.

This will take time but it is worth it – if you have to have a new normal, don’t let them be a part of it.

Sometimes people cause accidents that take the life of your loved one.

In actual fact these people will not ever forget what they did and though they may want to say sorry or make up for it, mostly it is the lawyers and courts that encourage them to stay away from you.

This is also hard to forgive but unless they set out that day to do it the day will come that you will have to accept it was an accident.

It will take time but from personal experience it is far better on your health and quality of life to move on from this as well.

The one reason you should forgive anyone is not for them at all, it’s for you.

While you allow an act from another person to taint your present day it is not they who will suffer, it is you.

Every time you cry tears of rage or sadness over the way they behaved or what they did, then you have once again given them a part of your life you will never get back.

At the very least try very hard to stop giving them your time because in the long run time is our most precious commodity.

Don’t waste anymore time then you have to on them, give it to people you love and adore instead. ❤

We are Multidimensional beings. Our life here on planet Earth is only a fraction of who we really are. You are here to do something for this world that only you can do, Everything changes when you begin to love and respect yourself.
You no longer send out energy of desperation or need to be filled from the outside.

The more you love and accept who you are, the less you seek validation and approval.
After all of this processing , integration and healing Your younger self ( inner child) is looking at who you are right now and wishes they had someone like you back then .
Because You are now who you needed when you were younger.
Remember Sometimes when you're in a dark place,and you think you have been buried..

This is a beyond exhausting process, so if

The reason for this is because you have been Discharging Trauma from the Nervous System you are carrying in your body ,
The body and nervous system is an extremely advanced technology.

The Very often traumatic experiences cannot always be processed in the present
due to the lack of coping tools, release or physical development (childhood)
So this trauma is stored in the body for you to later process.
We are receiving light language activations to help us release this stored trauma.

When beliefs and patterns finally
come to an end, especially one that's been traumatic and held in your body / system for a very long time, is also when you will face the most fear and the most resistance because being set free from past attachments
can actually feel incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe relating to what is continuing to play out with what you have always known.

This is now about releasing the unforgivable.
The fear that holds you back from accomplishing your goals and desires
The emotional pain You carry and have carried for Eons gone by .
The things that prevents your heart from feeling loved.

Or full even though you didn't eat much, gassy, dizziness, nausea, mild stomach cramps and trouble sleeping.

It’s a time to be eating light and healthy
don't put too much stress on the
stomach as it is already working over time.
