Primal flow - get out of your head and into your body.
This session is focused on building real, usable movement through bodyweight and improving mind to body awareness.
We’ll work through simple ground-based patterns, core control, and mobility, all broken down.
No experience needed. No pressure to “keep up”.
Please arrive 5-10 mins early to get settled and start warming up.

• Yoga mat
• Towel
• (If returning) ankle weights
