Today I took one of my daughters to the GP (pakeha). He was an amazing man & doctor. He really took the time to korero, he greeted us in Te Reo as well which was really lovely.

Anywho the reason for my post is this; He said to me " do you know about Rōngoa?"
I said "yea a little bit" 😆
Then he reckons i would wash the skin in kawakwa juice & if you know where to get some kawakawa cream from would be the best. 👀

I looked at him & said, thank you so so much im sure I can source some kawakawa moisturizer somewhere 😀❤️

Moral of the story is: RŌNGOA MĀORI all day!
