Now I know why they say ‘You can’t beat the taste of fresh homemade nut milk.’

For years and years I’ve religiously bought mine from the supermarket but during our latest lockdown I decided to try making my own. What a game changer.

Yes, I’m a bit late and it’s taken me a long time to convert but now I have, I really wish I had done it sooner.

Well, the cupboards are getting a bit bare in our house this lockdown but where there’s a will, there’s a way, we can still have healthy treats using what’s left.

The Thermomix and Dehydrator both got a bit of a workout today. We made some delicious whole food macaroons and chocolate truffles (which are an adaptation of Dr Libby’s recipe). Both are full of goodness to nourish you.

Latest News!

I’ve decided to change my name from More than Feet to The Reflexologist. This is a positive change which I’m excited about and hope you are too. Next steps will be to progress and build my social media pages and new website. Watch this space.

In other news, the reflexology studio is open and I’m offering a few weekly appointments at student rates. For now you can book by visiting the Little Organics page.

❤️ this definition of a reflexologist. What a wonderful way to explain it.

I haven’t posted on Insta for a while but I’ve been busy studying and working on a special project. In a few weeks I’ll have my own tranquil reflexology studio, here at home in a gorgeous corner of the garden.

Also, in the near future I’m hoping to open up some appointments to anyone who would love to experience reflexology for themselves. While I’m studying I’ll be able to offer these to you at student rates. 😊
