Our Senior Performance class is specifically designed for the 60+ body.
We focus on building strength, balance, posture, joint stability, mobility, and everyday function — the foundations of living well as we age. Every exercise is adaptable and physiotherapist-approved, meaning everyone works at the level that’s right for them.

The atmosphere.
