Happy new year everyone.

The move into our new premises has gone well and would love to see you if you are in the neighbourhood.

One issue though ... when our phone provider switched over our phone lines over the holiday break, the disconnected our landline and cancelled our voice mail box!!! So, we've been unable to retrieve or answer any messages left since Christmas.

If you did leave a message, please drop us a line or call again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

COVID 19 UPDATE

Good news.

On Friday, I spoke with MBIE and we are now able to send essential items out again.

We will be operating in a contactless environment according to COVID guidelines. All orders will be sent via courier with no click and collect service available at this stage.

We will also be working with reduced staffing levels to ensure appropriate social distancing in the dispensary so it would help us greatly if you could order on-line or via email. We will be answering the phone and checking voice mail regularly too.

Please be aware that there may be delays in processing orders and within the courier network as we all work to Alert Level 4 COVID protocols.

Here we are again at Alert Level 4.

As per advice received from MBIE, we are unable to send remedies out under the current guidelines.

You can still shop online at simillimum.co.nz but your orders will not be dispatched until we move down from Alert Level 4.

I'll be working remotely so if you want to contact me, email michael@simillimum.co.nz or via the contact page on our website. I'll be checking the phone for messages too.

For orders dispatched before the lockdown, please be aware that there may be delays in the courier network as they work to their Alert Level 4 COVID protocols.
