✨ Daylight savings is ending soon & that means one thing for us parents 😅🙈

Our clocks are going back an hour over Easter weekend ⏰ Which can really throw off our little one’s sleep routines.

But don’t stress if you do a little prep now it could make the transition so much smoother 🩷

Here's some tips to help support you:

🤍 Magnesium support
Magnesium is your best friend, as it helps our little ones relax, wind down, and adjust to the shift in routine. 🩷

🌿 Start shifting bedtime gradually
Move bedtime by 10–15 minutes every few nights leading up to the change, this helps their body clock adjust gently instead of all at once. 🩷

🕯️ Create a consistent wind down routine: think bath, balm or spray, book & bed 🩷 Keeping the same calming routine signals to your child that sleep is coming even if the clock changes.
