And just like that, it’s time to go back to work!

Some of you will know, I had surgery on my bowel in late December. I actually fully listened to the advice of my surgeon and took a month off to fully recover.

It’s quite a lesson, being told to rest and recover properly. I know because it’s advice I give to you, my lovely patients. It’s hard, but necessary, and the helps you move into the next phase of using your body properly again!

So I look forward to seeing you from Friday onwards.

Onwards and upwards as they say!
