Roy's last assembly for 2025, and sadly the last few moments with his Piwakawaka whΔnau (his class family).
Three years of trusting his Kaiako and kaiawhi with our greatest gift π out boy, he has always been the light of the party, but it's special to have people to party with xx
He has grown so much, physically and mentally, his social circle has been added and has experienced things he could have never done anywhere else.
Thank you all.
Whaea Joy has been there since Roy started Kura at Morningside, and Kaiako Laura come not long after xx time is a gift and you gave that to our boy xx we thank you.
To the other Kaiawhina I may not know you by name but I know my son couldn't have achieved everything he has without you xx nga mihi aroha xx
I'm not one for prizegiving, we all achieve in our own way, but I do enjoy seeing the Tamariki faces, and listening to them sing and most of all their eyes when Hana koko (Santa) arrives..
His class mates have a special place in our hearts π₯°
And the main stream Tamariki who have cheered Roy on, come to say hi at events or on the streets, your never know how important that made Roy feels thank you.
My boy is off to Manaia view next year πππ
So the real prize received is moments that be stored away for ever xx β£οΈ
