These sessions are designed for those expecting and those with a mini me 👶 bring them along! We reckoned a pram, mat time or bouncinette (unfortunately we can’t cater to babies that are on the move too much-due to moving parts with the beds)

Medical clearance for movement is recommended 😊

Welcome 2026…🙌

We hope you have all had a relaxing break and are ready to hit the ground running with fresh energy and motivation 💪

Classes will begin back on Wednesday the 7th, with a reduced timetable for first first couple of weeks while we get back to full numbers! We can’t wait to welcome you back to the studio, or if this is going to be your year of giving back to yourself and doing something for you, we hope to see you!

We would like to say a big think you to all that have come though our door this year, we appreciate every single one of you! We’re thrilled to have been apart of your journey and your weekly routine 🫶

Christmas Hours ⏰

👏Because we all deserve a break (including our awesome instructors). We hope you all enjoy some down time with loved ones during this time.

We will resume classes from the 7th of January 2026, this will be a reduced timetable. If you don't see a normal class on the timetable, unfortunately it's not a typo, and it may not be available for the first few weeks of the new year while everyone settle back into routine 🥳

Memberships will be paused for the closure from the 24th December - 6th of January 2026.

We can't wait to welcome you back at the beginning of the year (Gosh, they go so fast 😅)
