Mums + Bubs + Bumps

📅 Term 1 Block starting Feb 10th (6 week block)
⏰ Tuesdays at 10:30am
💲$140 for 6 week block or $25 per session

These sessions are designed for those expecting and those with a mini me 👶 bring them along! We reckoned a pram, mat time or bouncinette (unfortunately we can’t cater to babies that are on the move too much-due to moving parts with the beds)

Medical clearance for movement is recommended 😊

Our 5 Class Credit Packs are going on sale for 12 hours ONLY!! ⏰Save $55 (Normally $155 down to $100) making each class only $20 each! 🧡

2 Month expiry so that you can get to work with settling into your routine. Use in conjunction with weekly membership, or grab yourself a bargain if you operate on class packs. This is a great next step if you have done the intro pack and want more!!

Welcome 2026…🙌

We hope you have all had a relaxing break and are ready to hit the ground running with fresh energy and motivation 💪

Classes will begin back on Wednesday the 7th, with a reduced timetable for first first couple of weeks while we get back to full numbers! We can’t wait to welcome you back to the studio, or if this is going to be your year of giving back to yourself and doing something for you, we hope to see you!

1:1 or small group Sessions are available of this is something that would also appeal to you more, get in touch with us 🧡

Christmas Hours ⏰

👏Because we all deserve a break (including our awesome instructors). We hope you all enjoy some down time with loved ones during this time.

We will resume classes from the 7th of January 2026, this will be a reduced timetable. If you don't see a normal class on the timetable, unfortunately it's not a typo, and it may not be available for the first few weeks of the new year while everyone settle back into routine 🥳

Memberships will be paused for the closure from the 24th December - 6th of January 2026.

We can't wait to welcome you back at the beginning of the year (Gosh, they go so fast 😅)

We have our Intro Pack - 4 classes over 2 weeks - so you can get a taster of all the goodness! (You’ll probably be hooked by then 😉) Intro pack credits can be used for our timetables classes.

Or, if you’re wanting to come in and check out the studio with a 1:1 or with a friend, book in a private session to get your started if you’re not feeling like joining a group class just yet 🫶

Our Mums + Bumps + Bubs classes have been a hit!
So…we’re adding a second day. So you can get double the goodness! (Or have more options 😅)

Fridays at 11am will be added to the time table from the 24th of October.

Casual admission available for $25 per session.
