✔️The elements of nature are our medicine, so I work with the color of light, sound and music as allies.

We directly engage the body, allowing it to express what has remainedfrozen… and to rediscover its natural movement.

In my therapeutic work, there is a central question: meaning.

Why do certain events seem to repeat themselves in our lives?

Why do certain emotions or blockages keep returning, even when we believe we have understood things mentally and made peace?

My approach is based on a deep conviction:

the body holds the answers to our blockages and liberation. A life of miracle and “ unlimitedness” can only happen in the body.

I don't “know” for the person.

My role is simply to create the conditions for a space of trust, where the body can finally begin to reveal itself.

Because our body holds in memory far more than what our mind can understand.

It carries experiences and imprints.
In my session, we learn to listen and see so that our wisdom can emerges.

I’m realizing that it’s not only the quality of the food that matters, but also the vessel that holds it the way it transforms a simple act of eating into something sacred.

I found my bowl and mug in a small shop in Paris, where they craft handmade stoneware shaped from clay and minerals, carrying a grounded, earthy presence.

With these noble materials, eating becomes a different experience. Slower, more intentional… almost like a ritual.

A quick note on digestion:

How many people struggle with digestive issues, constantly searching for the miracle remedy, the perfect pill, or the right supplement… yet never consider to CHEW?

Why?

Because this “remedy” is free but it requires time and attention to what we eat.

How many of us actually spend more than 30 seconds chewing a single bite?
And yet, that’s the minimum time needed to make nutrients fully available for the body.

I had a realization myself:

the day I understood that the vagus nerve reaches all the way to the mouth and sends a signal to the rest of the body : “get ready guys, food is coming.”

I thought: why not support this process by truly chewing?

And guess what?
It’s been a week and less bloating after meals. it is still not perfect.

One simple shift: taking the time to chew.

Now, it has even become a moment of pleasure:

I slow down, I lift my head, I observe, I listen and I feel fully present.

So who’s ready for the chewing challenge?

Is it more expensive to eat organic? Yes.

Is it more constraining to eat seasonally? Yes. Fewer choices, less variety…

it asks you to be creative, to rethink how you cook, how you combine, how you nourish yourself.
But does it make you happier? Deeply.
At 37, my gut and my skin have never felt healthier.

I haven’t found another way of living that brings me this close to my own
nature.

Beyond that aspect, I choose to support local agriculture instead of “
supermarkets” with my purchasing power.

💫Spine Movement - Hydrating My Fascias

Three evenings a week, I settle onto the floor and move with extreme slowness, inspired by the MUNZ FLOOR® method.

These are gentle, rotational movements,almost imperceptible,that deeply massage the fascia and release tension throughout the body.

Nous allons parler de l’importance cruciale d’aller visiter les parties de soi cachées, niées, rejetées qu’on appeler nos ombres .

Pourquoi un travail en “ developpement personnel” doit s’accompagner d’un travail sur nos ombres et comment nous les projetons dans notre vie quotidienne .

Et si l'unicité dont parlent toutes les traditions spirituelles jusque dans les traditions chamaniques serait d’abord d'intégrer consciemment toutes ces parties fragmentées de soi ? Nous finirons par des exercices pratiques pour aller visiter ces parts de soi ombrageuses.
