El Centro de Educación y Formación W.F.PERU.

Es un centro de investigación, y programación de nuevos sistemas de entrenamiento: en la pedagogía, cultura física, artes marciales y fitness con el objetivo de potenciar la educación del cuerpo y del movimiento motriz, respetando y aplicando todas las ciencias del funcionamiento del cuerpo humano. La pedagogía deportiva, la biomecánica del movimiento, la fisiología del funcionamiento, la psicología deportiva, la filosofía de vida, las artes marciales KUNG FU WUSHU como base, los patrones musicales de motivación y la metodología aplicada al fitness de combate actual. Y sobretodo pensando en un entrenamiento dirigido hacia las personas con distintas características determinadas, edad, peso talla, metabolismo y el estado emocional. Buscando potenciar las cuatro capacidades fundamentales en la educación del cuerpo y del movimiento psicomotriz del ser humano: fuerza, resistencia, velocidad y flexo-elasticidad. Para llegar a conseguir las cualidades motrices del funcionamiento del cuerpo humano en su naturalidad, saludable y con una contextura FITNESS.
