1/4 Greek yogurt
1 T maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla paste
Lots of cinnamon

Blend

Add 8 or Speculoos cookies

Refrigerate at least one hour

Everyone else may look like they’ve got it all together, but seriously…

No one has all the $hit together all the time.

I shoot for consistency over perfection.

That means consistent habits:

Consistent sleep
Consistent strength training
Consistent hydration
Consistent nutrition

I am by no means perfect. There’s always room for growth and improvement.

Perfection is unattainable, but consistent good habits are achievable if you want them.

I love taking cooking classes when traveling in foreign countries to learn about the local cuisine.
