It’s hatch green chili seasoning for us southerners. Wife and I whipped up a Smoked Pork tenderloin stuffed with hatch chili, a little pimento cheese and onions. Hatch green chili rice and of course a salad. This heavyweight meal weighed in at 14 points on green.
