Why is something so basic—a safe place to walk—so hard to get right in the Philippines?

In this video, I dive into why our sidewalks are failing and how it affects all of us.
It’s not just an inconvenience—it’s a safety issue and human issue. As a physical therapist, mobility is essential- this issue increases mortality rate of Filipinos.
