How to Take Care of Your Dental Health Preventing toothaches and maintaining good oral health is essential. Here are some tips to help you take care of your teeth and gums:

1. Pahalagahan ang oral health
2. Alamin ang iba’t ibang serbisyong available para sayo
3. Pag sugar away, walang tooth decay
4. Ugaliin ang tamang pagsisipilyo
5. Gawing regular ang pagkonsulta sa dentista
6. Stay hydrated! Uminom ng sapat na dami ng tubig
7. Umiwas sa bisyo, iwasan ang alak, sigarilyo at v**e
8. Better pag no betel! Iwasan ang pagnguya ng betel nut o nganga dahil ito ay maaaring magdulot ng oral cancer.
Ang ngiting maganda ay kayamanang kailangan alagaan para tuloy tuloy ang pag ngiti!

STEP 1 REQUIREMENTS
Ihanda at kompletuhin ang mga sumusunod na requirements

1 Valid ID (CSFP address) or Certificate of Residency

STEP 2 REGISTRATION AND SCHEDULING

NOTE: Importanteng magparehistro muna sa health center ng inyong barangay o sa Rural Health Unit kung saan ang inyong barangay ay nabibilang, ito ay para masigurado na tama at angkop ang gagawing procedure.

Ipasa sa health care worker ang mga requirements at request para sa registration, health recording at scheduling.

Makinig at ilista ang mga habilin ng health care worker upang hindi maantala ang pag avail ng dental services.

STEP 3 AVAILMENT OF DENTAL SERVICES
Pumunta sa itinakdang lugar at iskedul.
Huwag kalimutan ang mga requirements.

STEP 2 : CONSULTATION AND SCHEDULING

Pumunta sa pinakamalapit na health center ng inyong barangay para magpakonsulta sa doctor o health care worker.

Sundin ang mga payo ng doctor o health care worker upang masiguro ang tamang preparasyon para sa inyong laboratory procedure.

STEP 3 : AVAILMENT OF LABORATORY SERVICES
Pumunta sa itinakdang lugar at iskedul.
Huwag kalimutan dalhin ang mga requirements.
