Pursuant to Proclamation No. 1006, please be advised that February 17, 2026, has been declared a Special Non-Working Day throughout the Philippines in celebration of the Chinese New Year.

According to Malacañang, the Chinese New Year (Spring Festival) is among the most revered and festive celebrations not only in China but also in the country, particularly within Filipino-Chinese communities.

In relation to this, all City Government operations shall be suspended on this day, with the exception of offices responsible for health emergency services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital public functions.

1. Pahalagahan ang oral health
2. Alamin ang iba’t ibang serbisyong available para sayo
3. Pag sugar away, walang tooth decay
4. Ugaliin ang tamang pagsisipilyo
5. Gawing regular ang pagkonsulta sa dentista
6. Stay hydrated! Uminom ng sapat na dami ng tubig
7. Umiwas sa bisyo, iwasan ang alak, sigarilyo at v**e
8. Better pag no betel! Iwasan ang pagnguya ng betel nut o nganga dahil ito ay maaaring magdulot ng oral cancer.
Ang ngiting maganda ay kayamanang kailangan alagaan para tuloy tuloy ang pag ngiti!

STEP 1 REQUIREMENTS
Ihanda at kompletuhin ang mga sumusunod na requirements

1 Valid ID (CSFP address) or Certificate of Residency

STEP 2 REGISTRATION AND SCHEDULING

NOTE: Importanteng magparehistro muna sa health center ng inyong barangay o sa Rural Health Unit kung saan ang inyong barangay ay nabibilang, ito ay para masigurado na tama at angkop ang gagawing procedure.

Ipasa sa health care worker ang mga requirements at request para sa registration, health recording at scheduling.

Makinig at ilista ang mga habilin ng health care worker upang hindi maantala ang pag avail ng dental services.

STEP 3 AVAILMENT OF DENTAL SERVICES
Pumunta sa itinakdang lugar at iskedul.
Huwag kalimutan ang mga requirements.

* Original Request (LABORATORY, X-RAY, ULTRASOUND)

STEP 2 : CONSULTATION AND SCHEDULING

Note: Importanteng magparehistro muna sa health center ng inyong barangay o sa Rural Health Unit kung saan ang inyong barangay ay nabibilang. Ito ay para masiguro na tama at angkop ang gagawing procedure.

Pumunta sa pinakamalapit na health center ng inyong barangay para magpakonsulta sa doctor o health care worker.

Sundin ang mga payo ng doctor o health care worker upang masiguro ang tamang preparasyon para sa inyong laboratory procedure.

STEP 3 : AVAILMENT OF LABORATORY SERVICES

The Office of the President noted in Proclamation No. 1157, s. 2026 that it is “but fitting and proper” that Fernandinos be given the full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the Cityhood celebration.

This declaration covers all public and private schools, government offices, and private establishments within the entire City of San Fernando.

Essential services will continue to operate to ensure public safety and accessibility, and all scheduled Kaganapan 2026 events will proceed as planned.

NIPAH VIRUS (NiV): Mahahalagang Impormasyon

Ang Nipah Virus (NiV) ay isang zoonotic disease — ibig sabihin, maaari itong maipasa mula sa hayop patungo sa tao. Una itong natukoy noong 1999 sa Malaysia.

Nagkaroon ng suspected outbreak sa Sultan Kudarat noon May 2014. Labing pito (17) suspected cases na may kaugnayan sa exposure sa kabayo o karne ng kabayo. Simula noon, wala nang naitalang lokal na outbreak

Paano Ito Naipapasa?

Hayop → Tao
1. Kontak sa infected na paniki, baboy, o kabayo
2. Pagkain ng kontaminadong pagkain

Tao → Tao
1. Direktang exposure sa laway, dugo, ihi, o respiratory secretions ng may sakit

Mga Paraan ng Pag-iwas

1. Madalas na paghuhugas ng kamay
2. Ugaliin ang paghuhugas ng kamay at ng mga pakain ihahain para masigurado na malinis ito. Lutuin ito ng maigi.
3. Panatilihin ang kalinisan
4. Agarang magpatingin kapag may sintomas
5. Siguraduhin ang source ng pagkain ay safe at certified produce.
6. Iwasan ang matataong lugar at pakikisalamuha sa mga taong may sakit.
