Delivery Driver Job Description
We are looking for a reliable TOKTOK Delivery Driver who is concerned with customer satisfaction and transporting items in a safe, timely manner. The TOTOK Delivery Driver will pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. You should be willing to work as part of the delivery team in order to ensure that the items are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct client.

To succeed as a TOKTOK Delivery Driver, you should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients.
Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
1. Top up toktok rider load from your operator.
2. Scanning of booking using toktok.ph application, pick-up, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
3. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
4. Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
5. Accepting payments for delivered items.
6. Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
7. Operating equipment and machines, such as:
Required: own motorcycle, toktok Insulated Bag
Optional: toktok helmet, toktok uniform
Delivery Driver Requirements:
1. Professional driver's license.
2. Vehicle's OR/CR
3. Present NBI Clearance
4. Willingness to adhere safety procedures, and transportation laws.
5. Customer service skills.
6. Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry up to 20kg items.
