4 STAGES OF HEALING 🍀
According to Natural Medicine Doctor and the study of the World Health Organization, there is a process of healing for a sick person who wants to be healed using herbal or Natural Way of Healing. Herbal medicine is not a magic that you just drink once and you will get well soon.
The healing process using herbal or natural way is: CLEANSING, DETOXIFICATION, NUTRIENTS ASSIMILATION and CELL REGENERATION.
Herbal plants and even the ones you see on tv ads or social media ads now have their own function or work -- either in 4 stages. There's a herbal function Cleansing; there's also a herbal function Detoxification; there's also a function of Nutrients Assimilation; or Cell Regeneration. So it's important to know what category it is in.
Example:
Drink herbal, food supplement, vitamins or natural plant extract to cure your illness. If its function is Nutrients Assimilation, you are already in the 3rd stage. That's why even if you drink a lot, you are still not getting well because you have to go through the cleansing process or the 1st stage.
Let's make each stages one by one:
1st stage - Cleansing
We cleaned our body at this stage especially the Digestive System to prepare it for all incoming vitamins and minerals, so it is absorbed faster by the body.
2nd Stage - Detoxification
Detoxification came from the word toxins, meaning that the toxins accumulated inside the body that caused the disease are released at this stage.
Take note: if you feel a change in the first few days, that's normal! It is called BRR (Body Recovery Reaction) and it means, you are in the Healing Process.
3rd stages - Nutrients Assimilation
At this stage, we are supplementing our body with nutrients, vitamins and minerals to strengthen our immune system. That's why we are easily affected by the lack of nutrients that our body needs. Our bodies have antibodies or seem soldiers fighting free radicals from outside the body like virus, bacteria etc. When they are strong, the immune system is strong, it is not easy to enter or destroy any disease.
4 stage - Cell Regeneration
At this stage, all the cells damaged inside our body are being repaired because of free radicals to return the old system and prevent our organs from malfunctioning.
