🟢General rule sa dosages ng Power Trio

Walang strict dosage ang pag take ng Fern D and Fern Activ.
Sa Milkca no need to take more than 2 capsules a day dahil required ng katawan ng adult ang 750mg ng calcium daily

In ALL CASES pwede naman magpainom ng POWER TRIO, BEFORE OR AFTER MEAL ay PWEDE, without need to consult doctor or upline.

At sa Vit D, may toxicity level ito na 25,000 IU (25 softgels) daily for 6 mos. Meaning if maka 24 softgels ka araw araw for 6 mos, keri mo padin yan. Kaya wag matakot magpainom ng products based sa needs.

Kung terminal diseases yan like cancer, ipalaklak mo na ang products utang na loob. Sabi din ni doktora, walang strict na oras ng pag inom. Except lang sa Fern Activ na pag ininom sa gabi may chances na di ka makatulog dahil sa extra energy na ibibigay nito sayo.
